This is to inform all Direct Entry Candidates for admission into 2016/2017 academic session that the JAMB 2016/2017 Change Of Course Form For Direct Entry DE Candidates is now available. The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board JAMB now urge any candidate that wishes to change his or her course/Institution.

Instruction for Application For Change of Course/Institution Form
You need to create an account with the Access Code given to register candidates. Your User Name and Password shall be required at the point of registering candidates.
Note that One Access Code can be used at a point only.
How to apply for JAMB 2016/2017 Change Of Course Form For Direct Entry DE Candidates
1. Go to JAMB office or any JAMB sales point nearest to you
2. Purchase CHANGE OF COURSE Scratch Card (=N=2,500)
3. Go to JAMB Website at www.jamb.org.ng
4. Click on Change of Course/Institution for Direct Entry Candidates
5. JAMB 2016 Change of Course/Institution Page Loads
6. Login with your details
7. Crosscheck and Submit your form.
8. You’re done
9. Reprint your JAMB Slip.

Please, I need an update. I’ve registered for direct entry since May but want to change my institution and its not yet out. And my school of choice that I want to change the direct entry to has already started their Post DE Result verification whereby am yet to change the institution. Should I wait till when its out or I should just go and buy new forms and ignore the first one as it will close on July 1st?
